Meeting Rooms

 

The Library welcomes public use of the community room for meetings and events. Any group or individual interested should first call the library at 830-868-4469 to confirm date and time availability; read and sign the community room policies and reservation application (see meeting room policy linked below). These forms can be returned to the library by fax, email or in person. No reservation is complete without the return of signed forms. Fees for room reservation are listed in the Meeting Room Policy.

 

 

Meeting Room Policy

Large Meeting Room

The Large Meeting Room has a maximum capacity of 60 individuals. There are forty-two available chairs, eight 3x6 ft. rectangle tables, 6 trapezoid tables, a pull down projection screen with an Amazon Fire Stick access, and a Bluetooth speaker. Fees: For Profit/Commercial Use requires a $50 non-refundable deposit*; Not-For-Profit/Individual Use requires a $20 refundable deposit*.

Community Education Room

The Community Education Room has a maximum capacity of 12 individuals. There are up to twelve chairs available, two rectangular tables, and two half-circle tables that can form a conference table, a desktop computer with a TV screen monitor, a whiteboard, and a pulldown projector screen. Fees: For Profit/Commercial Use requires a $50 non-refundable deposit*; Not-For-Profit/Individual Use does not require a deposit*.
